property owner Collins Road Properties Ltd. regarding parcel 0535006600 with a property
address of 1664 East Main Street, Lancaster.
A countercomplaint has been filed by the Board of Education of the Lancaster City Schools. Counsel for both parties are here. If counsel for the owner would put his appearance on, followed by the school district.
