Notice of Public Hearings – Revisions to the Fairfield County Subdivision Regulations
The Fairfield County Regional Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at 138 W. Chestnut Street, Lancaster regarding revisions to the Fairfield County Subdivision Regulations. The proposed changes would revise the review process for determining access to lots created through minor subdivisions and exempt lot splits process.
The Fairfield County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed changes on October 13, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 3rd Floor, 210 E. Main Street, Lancaster.

The proposed changes can be viewed at www.co.fairfield.oh.us/rpc or by visiting the RPC office located at 138 W. Chestnut Street, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
