The Senior and Veteran Assistance (SAVA) Program is available to owner-occupied residences of senior citizens who receive water and/or sewer services from Fairfield County Utilities. This pilot program is designed to provide financial assistance to homeowners who are eligible for the homestead exemption with income or as a veteran. Eligible homeowners must be 65 years of age or older with Ohio Homestead Exemption. Qualifying applicants will receive a 10% discount on their Fairfield County Utilities bill.

Self-Declaration: I declare that I currently own and occupy the aforementioned property, that I am at least 65 years of age, that I am currently receiving the Ohio Homestead Exemption, and that this application, to the best of my knowledge and belief, is true and correct. Furthermore, I understand that Fairfield County Utilities can revoke this discount based upon changes in eligibility.
